  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey, plus more for serving
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: sliced banana, maple syrup, peanut butter or almond butter
