- 3 Tablespoons (43g) unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup (100g) packed dark brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup (100g) chopped pecans
- coarse sea salt or flaky sea salt for sprinkling
